How to Deal With Combination Skin Combination skin can be a tough nut to crack. If you have dry cheeks, a greasy T-zone, and a plethora of whiteheads, you're not alone. But you can conquer it, with a few tips and tricks from your dermatologist. To start, you'll want to cleanse twice a day. Your cleanser should be gentle, so as not to strip your face of its natural oils. It should also contain antioxidants.  You'll also want to apply a moisturizer at least once a day. Depending on how dry or oily your combination skin is, you may need to use a different formula.  Whether you're applying a moisturizer at night or during the day, you should focus on areas that are prone to shedding sebum.
